Lovely Regency Property next to the White Cliffs, 100 meters from the beach, 200 meters from Dover Port, 20 minutes walk from Dover Castle, 30 minutes walk from Dover Priory train station

Beautiful old building but run down. Cold water not connected to shower and hot water not connected to sink. Needs a thorough cleaning. Carpet needs replacing. No one on duty at front desk. Manager is doing the best he can, very polite and kind.

DISGUSTING DIRTY HOVEL

Don’t stay here, it’s disgusting!!! Filthy dirty hell hole. Hair and dirt everywhere, place STINKS!!! No reception, so I walked Through an open door to find a naked man peeing!!!!! We checked out as soon as we got the chance, please don’t stay here, try Googling the place… you won’t find it!!! Place is for asylum seekers!!!!! RUN AWAY!!!!! WHY CANT I ADD PICS TO THIS?????

Staff are lovely and have tried their best to help, when we were experiencing issues with the outlets in the room they brought a temporary solution. However the property is not in its best condition, the room was quite old and deteriorated, the toilet dirty as well and as I mentioned the power outlet in the room were not working. We decided to leave the property at 12am and check-in into another hotel where our experience was way better. I would recommend looking into other places if you’re going to Dover.

room and location couldn't be better. The bathroom was terrible. Shower leaked water all over the place. Toilet had a pump that cycled every 10 seconds. Would not stay here.

I never stayed there. I could not get there held up in London. My niece went to see the the manager to explain. He said I would get my money back. Which has not happened. He has been ignoring our attempts to contact him. My niece tells me there were people at the door waiting to get in who had booked a room but it was no available when they arrived. Was mine I dont know. But glad i did not travel down to find out. Would like a refund. Not impressed at all.
