Being under construction is a disadvantage but the staff managed it well. The website said the pool was closed so we unpacked our suits. Come to find out, it wasn’t closed. The first room had puke on the bottom of the bed between the nightstand and bed. Staff was extremely apologetic and moved us rooms. Honestly, Bloomington doesn’t have much in terms of nice options for hotels. This was a fine middle of the road option. Location was good away from downtown. This hotel would be a repeat for me outside of the construction. It was well staffed and very friendly. But that only goes so far when there is puke on the bed. Overall, I’m a critic sharing the good, the bad, and the pukey 😒

Overnight stay- Definitely stay again.
Stay was great! My husband and I went to a concert and with a 3 hr drive back home we reserve the Hilton. This was our second time staying here and it's been great both times. Love the hot cookies checking in , the drink coupon my package came with along with breakfast and a $5 coupon for the attached restaurant. Bed was comfortable, air/heat worked spot on and shower was good. Great service every where we went. No complaints Thank you for having an A hotel.

Absolutely atrocious customer support when it came to kids not behaving in the hotel ppool area. Also elevators were extremely filthy with hair and grime built up in corners. Never had a chance to even look at our room. Extremely disappointed to the point I left and booked another hotel. Checked in at 4 and left by 5.

The only issue I had was I thought the breakfast was pretty bad. I picked up both eggs and potatoes and the potatoes were actually colder than room temperature. When you charge for breakfast it should be better than that.
