Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt aber es gab einige Punkte die nicht für ein 4 Sterne Hotel sprechen. Positiv war die nächtliche Hilfe als wir den Schlüssel nicht gefunden haben. Es ist ein schönes Hotel hat aber hier und da Verbesserungspotential.

Die Zimmer haben einen sehr schönen blick auf die Ostsee aber sind sehr hellhörige Zimmer und müsste mal wieder der Maler rein. Das Restaurant bietet abends auch nicht viel auswahl aber die qualität der Speisen ist gut.

Wir haben einen erholsamen Kurzurlaub in Dranske erlebt. Hotel sehr sauber. Zimmer modern und schön eingerichtet. Vor allem das Personal war immer freundlich und hat einem jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Vielen Dank an den Service. Frühstück war reichlich und vielfältig. Ansonsten ist Dranske eher ein ruhiger Ort. Erholung und Ruhe steht im Vordergrund.

Einrichtung der Zimmer sind nicht effektiv. Keine möglichkeit zum hinsetzen geschweige ablage möglichkeiten. Im bad die dusche eher eine katstrophe als angenehm. Auch hier weder möglichkeiten handtücher zum trockenen aufzuhängen noch ablage für eigenen kosmetik. Die küchenecke, naja schrank und kühlschrank vorhanden aber nichts drin, wofür solch eine küchenecke??? Wir hatten eine Aufbettung, daher war es nicht möglich irgendwo mal platz zunehmen. Ein Stuhl hätte es erübrig, da wäre dann auch platz um auch mal wäsche abzulegen. Auch würde dem zimmer eine stehlampe oder ähnliches gut tun um etwas Ambiente für den raum zu erhalten. Wohlfühlen war fehlanzeige. Silberfische ein ganz großes problem und die Treppe ein Risiko wegen rutschgefahr. Das "Restaurant " glich einem Speisesaal, wo blechernde musik irgendwo her schallte, frühstücksbüffett eher ausreichend aber nicht einen 4 sterne hotel gerecht. Salz, pfeffer, zucker milch nix auf den tischen und nur abgepackt. Selbst mayonaise jnd ketschup beim abend essen (restaurant) nur abgepackt??? Aöles im allen, 4 sterne hier fehl am platze. Wahscheinlich nur deshalb, weil direkte strandlage. Der Auftritt im angebot vielversprechend, die Realität leider nicjt überzeugend. Das ist hier kein meckern sondern kritikpunkte die ernst genommen werden sollten. Ich wäre gerne wieder gekommen.

Es handelt sich hier um ein sehr schönes Hotel, direkt am Wieker Bodden gelegen. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und enthielt alle wichtigen Daten, die man braucht um informiert zu sein. Das Frühstück im hoteleigenen Restaurant war sehr abwechslungsreich und alle angebotenen Lebensmittel waren frisch. Das durch uns gebuchte Appartement war in einem sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Einziger nachteil war die bodengleiche Dusche, hier hat man beim duschen das komplette Bad und den angrenzenden Flur geflutet, da die Glastrennwand und der geflieste Boden das Wasser nicht abhielten bzw. zum Ablauf geleiteten. Die Armatur am Spülbecken in der Küche sollte vom Hausmeister mal besmfestigt werden, da diese sich beim einstellen der gewünschten Wassertemperatur die gesamte Armatur verdreht.... Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr schön und ich würde es wieder buchen bzw. es weiterempfehlen.

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Immer sehr freundlich und ruhig, trotz der Hindernisse mit den Atemmasken. In Dranske ist zwar nicht viel los, aber das Hotel ist als Startpunkt für Unternehmungen, egal ob mit Fahrrad oder Auto, um die Insel zu erkunden sehr gut gewählt. Wer das nicht möchte, einfach mit einem Glas Wein die hoteleigenen Liegen benutzen, den kleinen Strand, das Wetter und das Meer genießen.

Sehr schönen Sicht.Nettes und freundliches Personal.Aber was Sauberkeit angeht...Das Spielplatz war in mehr Stellen verdeckt mit Spinnennetzt. Das Bad in Duschenbereicht war extrem dreckig, gefettet und entkalken, so sieht nicht mal meinen Bad wenn man drei Wochen Lag nicht reinigt.Ich der Dusche waren die Wände dreckig ,die Ecken in Boden waren schwarz/ braunlich,matschig vor Dreck ,aus den Rohren haben dort gestunken.Vielleicht hatten Wir in den Tagen pesch..." Die zimmer werden wegen Corona nicht gereinigt" wurden wir bei den Check in angesprochen, wahscheinlich liegt es daran.Reinigung während der aufenthalt vermeiden zur Zeit jedes Hotel , aber vor der Aufenthalt, ist eine neues Modell.Naja so was hatte ich sogar bei den 3 Sternen Hotels nie gesehen. Der Matratze war für uns sehr hart.Weshalb ich nicht einschlafen könnte.Das ist aber Geschmacksache, wer mit Taschenfedermatratze gewohnt ist ,schaft nicht so schnell auch harte, dünnen Schaumstoff umszustellen. Abends sind extrem vielen Moskitos dort,die Türen zum Terrasse dürfen also Abend und Nachts nicht geöffnet werden oder bleiben.Wir hatten zum Glück Raid für den stecker dabei.Die Küchennische ist ausgestattet mit einen Kühlschrank, hat aber eine Größe Arbeitsplatte mit genug Platzt für eine Kochplatte,Steckdosen und Spüle.Wer lieber in andere Restaurants essen möchte, in der Nähe sind wenigen,der muss um spätestens18:00 Uhr essen gehen...manche Schließen die Küche um 19:00 Uhr andere sind überfüllt.

Direkt am Strand. Leider keine Strandkörbe am Strand (evtl. Corona bedingt). Ohne Probleme konnte HP dazu gebucht werden. Alles in allem ist das Hotel zu empfehlen.

Nach Ankunft mit gehbehinderter Mutter wurde auf meine Bitte umgehend das Zimmer getauscht und damit ein problemloser Zugang für die Seniorin ermöglicht. Auf Wunsch wurde bei jedem Wetter auch auf der Terasse serviert. Das Hauskeeping nahm immer Rücksicht auf die Ruhezeiten der Seniorin. Insgesamt super Service !
