The hotel is in a great location - 15 minute walk to the town centre and 5 minute walk to the DVB station. Many restaurants, grocery, and bakeries nearby. The hotel was decent, especially for a family or small group travelling. If you have many luggages, the room can get a bit tight, but the kids loved the bunk bed. Breakfast buffet was also decent and kept us full until the afternoon. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff is nice. They would think an alternative to help although they have limited facility and amentity. Can't set the expectation to a hotel standard since there's no toothbrush, shampoo and shower gel. Also, if you are going to book a 3-bed room like us, please be reminded that there're not enough space to place 3 opened showcases. For transportation, there're various ways to access the main street and sightseeing spots.

Nice hotel, close to Dresden Mitte. Check in was quick and the room a nice size. Staff were welcoming. An easy 10 min walk into the centre either direct or along the river. A supermarket opposite and the train station 1 min away.

Great location! Only about a 10 minute walk yo the Zwinger Palace and right across from Dresden Mitte station. Windows opened up all the way which was nice and there was AC in the room. There was a Rewe right across the street as well which was very convenient. Overall great stay and would stay again.

Check-in was good but only because the staff was present. I initially tried to use the automated check-in. But after putting in my information, it wanted me to pay for the room although I had already paid online. I don't know what would have happened if the reception staff weren't there. Also we had to pay for parking although the expedia said it was included. I booked this hotel for the included parking and I had to pay not only the 8 euro fee, but also some kind of tax mentioned by the hotel staff. This resulted in me paying 13 euro for parking that was advertised to be included. Even the sign outside of this hotel displays that wi-fi and parking are included in the price. I brought this up with the reception staff and they told me this is not possible. I took a picture of the sign and will contact the manager of the property. From expedia's side, saying that parking is included is misleading if you still have to pay for it on the property. Expedia could be more specific like parking available. But not included.
