A little outdated for the price. You can really hear the noise from the outside of buildings as well as from the inside. We could hear the footstep from the people in the room directly above us as well as the shutting of doors from surrounding rooms.

The cost to stay at this hotel is beyond considering the conditions. Our room had nonstop ants on the tile sections, a large spider in the bed and cleanliness overall was not up to standard. The floors didn’t feel or look clean. The pool was ok, not many chairs and the pool deck floor was not well taken care of. The pooled water was brownish and again, the floor was quite dirty. The pool water was pretty murky as well. Finally, the breakfast was lacking significantly. I went down at 7AM, an hour after opening and there was hardly anything left in the form of eggs, hasbrowns & bread. Utensils were not restocked. Charging over 300 dollars to stay here is highway robbery.

Thanks for having a continental breakfast! My kids loved the pool and waterslide! The facility was a bit older, but we made due. We really enjoyed visiting badlands and the dinosaur museum.

Convenient location. Water slide was a big hit. Seemed a bit short staffed in the evening- only one person who had to go back and forth from the pool and the front desk. Had to wait a bit to check in because no one was there and they couldn’t find our reservation because of the way my name was entered on Expedia or something. It’s nice that there are outside doors to your hotel room that you can park by, but it’s annoying to have to go inside through the main lobby first to unlock the door- for some reason you can’t use your key.

The door to the bathroom was nearly impossible to open or close. The bottles of soap and shampoo were empty. There were no clean towels at the pool. Not worth the price.

Location was good. But the overall property could use some updating and needs some maintenance improvements. Our room as very musty smelling when we arrived. We were able to open the window to air it out as the air conditioning unit was the main cause of the smell. The carpets throughout the room and hotel could use a replacement, as they too had a musty smell to them.

I have been to a lot of hotels but never have I experienced waking up with bites ALL over my legs!!!! If I could share photos I would, but I’m guessing I have at least 100 bites on my body. I’m not even exaggerating. I have no idea what kind of bites these are but they are super itchy. Bed bugs??? Luckily my kids and husband were not affected. From the outside, the hotel looks nice but inside, the rooms are old and needs to be updated. The bathroom sink was clogged. For $300 a night, I would expect much better!!! The only thing that was decent was the breakfast but it was so crowded and there is not enough tables and chairs. Our friends didn’t even get a chance to eat breakfast because there was no room so they grabbed yogurt and sat in the lobby. We only booked for one night and I wish we stayed somewhere else. Do NOT stay here!!
