Excellent hotel
We were fortunate to be permitted early check-in, plus they upgrade us a room category. The room was huge, immaculately clean and very comfortable big big. The buffet breakfast was also very good, with large choice.

Absolutely amazing Hotel, service is impeccable, I got an upgrade to a suite which was huge and as good or even better than any other five-star hotel I stayed at in Dubai. Service was very good, especially Linn from housekeeping. Wow. Spa area is also incredible. And the pricing for this hotel is truly affordable. You really get your moneys worth. I will be back soon!

Checking in took an over 39 minutes. The guy at the counter asked for passport then told me to sit down. I then noticed he checked in 2 people and forgot about me. The room was perfect nice and clean.

Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Was instantly greeted by smile from the reception staff. The service is top notch. Shout out to Darya at the front desk and Linn on housekeeping staff. Those are just the names I got though, everyone went above and beyond to ensure I had a good stay. Upgraded to premium and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I was solo travelling but 2 people or maybe even 2 people and a child would have plenty of space. Breakfast was great. Staff is attentive and the chef was friendly and accomodating. Hotel is close to Mall of the emirates which is really convenient. Well positioned within walking distance to Mashreq station on the metro which will get you to most of Dubai. It’s also somewhat in the middle of dubai in Al barsha so you are equally close to Marina and to Downtown areas. Great experience and will recommend it to others.

Fantastic Stay at Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel
I recently stayed at the Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel in Dubai for one night, and it was my first time at this hotel. I’ve always been drawn to it whenever I book in Dubai due to its consistently high scores and great reviews, but I hadn’t tried it until now. I can confidently say that it truly deserves the praise. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The setup and lobby decor were stunning, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The spacious rooms added to the comfort, and I was pleasantly surprised by the 24-hour café and restaurant, which stayed open until 1 a.m.—perfect for late-night cravings! The customer service was exceptional, with the staff being responsive and the reception team incredibly kind. I must also commend the hotel management—clearly, they’ve made the right choice in hiring a manager who knows how to run a top-class establishment. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend giving this hotel a try!
