The Space:
There is a clear harmony in blue and neutral colour combination of décor in this apartment which makes the pairing regal, adding an air of sophistication in every corner. The wooden flooring throughout the apartment creates a cohesive look connecting all areas seamlessly.

The cozy living space with its versatile couch (converts to a sofa bed) has cable TV, two lovely rattan pendant lights, a pair of round wooden tables on the center and a designer floor lamp next to a corner armchair.

There’s a fully-equipped kitchen with appliances; a mini-dining space by the kitchen counter and a huge backyard garden perfect for al fresco dining and BBQ. An outdoor air conditioning unit is also provided to beat up the heat if you plan to book during summer season.

The bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed with fresh linens and comfy mattress for a good night's sleep. There’s also a desk for that last-minute email before dozing off.

The spacious bathroom has a corner bathtub complete with fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the pool, gym, and parking on request.

Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing nightlife. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafes.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are available as you step out of the building. You may also download Uber or Careem app and pre-book your own chauffeur.

Many things are accessible by foot via Marina Walk (grocery stores, hairdressers, restaurants, etc.)

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a train or tram, the Dubai Marina Tram Station and JLT Metro Station are only 5 minutes away. You can use the tram if you simply want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Palm Jumeirah. If you fancy going around Dubai through a train, you can go straight to JLT Metro Station and buy yourself a metro card.

Other Things to Note:
