Anniversary Treat
We booked as part of our 30 Year Wedding Anniversary celebrations and stayed for 6 nights. Check it was quick and we were shown to a deluxe sea view room which was absolutely stunning and probably one of the most modern and clean hotel rooms we have ever stayed in !!! They had left us a complimentary an anniversary cake which tasted delicious. We were on a half board basis which meant you could use the array of their restaurants for either lunch or dinner and had a 150 AED credit per person. The half board basis included food only. Breakfast was buffet style with an amazing choice of the usual fried breakfast and eggs anyway you wanted and omelettes. Pastries galore, fruit, cereal hams and cheeses. Everything you could think of was offered at breakfast. We ate at Claw, Trader Vics, Jones the Grocer and the buffet restaurant, all of which had a wonderful choice and delicious food. We didnt use the sushi restaurant called Barfly but did have a few cocktails there and the view over the palm from there was stunning. The staff and service at this hotel are second to none and cleanliness is impeccable. We are already planning a return trip.

My recent stay at the Hilton Jumeirah Beach was a mixed bag. While the hotel boasted excellent hard-working staff and top-notch dining facilities, there were a few areas where improvements could be made. The staff at the Hilton Jumeirah Beach were truly exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome and valued. The hotel's dining facilities were also top-notch. The restaurants offered a wide variety of delicious cuisine, and the service was impeccable. Whether you're looking for a casual meal or a fine dining experience, the Hilton Jumeirah Beach has something to offer. However, there were a few areas where the hotel fell short. One of my main concerns was the safety of the swimming pool access at the pool bar entrance. The steps leading into the pool are quite deep, and it's easy to lose your footing, especially when the pool is crowded. It would be beneficial to consider adding a few more shallow steps or a ramp to improve safety. Additionally, I believe the hotel could cater more to older visitors. The music and band volume in the hotel bars can be quite loud and rowdy, which may not be suitable for everyone. Perhaps offering quieter options or designated areas for those seeking a more relaxed atmosphere would be beneficial. Overall, my stay at the Hilton Jumeirah Beach was enjoyable, and I would recommend it.

The rooms are very nice and clean. However, the pool was little dirty for me every day, and requesting an extra pool towel felt like asking for a free night’s stay. During checkout, I encountered issues. Although I had paid using my Expedia points, the staff claimed I hadn’t paid and wouldn’t let me leave the hotel. Instead of contacting Expedia themselves, they asked me to do it or pay for the room again. This hotel is suitable if you're without kids, but there are too many stairs to the pool if you have a buggy. Getting the free bottled tap water was a nightmare as it was located in the same place you get the towels. Again, one bottle at a time for a family of four doesn’t last long. Hilton, the price of the room doesn’t justify the service you get at the hotel.

The property was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the variety of foods I had for breakfast. There was obviously a shortage of bath linens. I had to request washcloths on more than one occasion, and waited for more than 90 minutes to receive it.
