Dirty bathroom
We booked a non smoking double room, but when we got to the hotel, they told us they ran out of those, even though they confirmed the request qhen booked. So we got a twin room, no apology from the receptionist. Thw bathroom was one of the dirtiest I've seen in a while. The shower leaking, the toilet smelly, hot water not working properly, sink tap also not working properly. I dont recommend to stay here

Stayed here for a while and me and my family enjoyed staying here. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The down side is the shower had mould inside and musky smell and we had to inform the house keeping about the room needs cleaning. The breakfast was nice and had a good selection. Fresh and healthy foods also you have a good choice of hot and cold foods. The juices are fresh and you have 2 different selections of water (normal and mint with cucumber water which was refreshing) the manager was so lovely to us. Our little one was not feeling well and she said he can take his crossiants upstairs and asked if he was okay. She was so kind and helped take care of a cat we found walking outside. He was walking outside in the hot weather and she gave us some cups to fill with fresh water and we gave him sausage from our plate. She was also the most caring lady ever. The staff were smiling and happy all the time. It felt like home. Have Starbucks in the reception area too which is open most of the day. I went to get something to eat for us because we over slept one morning and the manager at breakfast said she would hold breakfast for us if we needed next time just call. She took care of us. I want to thank her. She has long black hair and was in grey suit. Thank you Madam for your kind service.

I never write a reviews for anything unless it was excellent or terrible. In this case this hotel is the worse hotel I had ever been to in my life! Absolutely disgusting I thought I was going to catch something sitting on the toilet. No swimming pool the gym was only 3 machines and tiny it’s a very small hotel. I stayed for 1 night as I was tired and just arrived but then I made them transfer me to Novotel for the rest of my stay. Never stay in this hotel!
