Loved my few days at the W. Very high standard here. Close to the Walk and easy enough to walk to the metro for access downtown. Beautiful view into the harbour. I loved their gym with air con. It’s party central so if you get irritated by music until 2am it might not be for you.

Great service from the hotel receptionist, housekeeping and Ginger moon staff. Super impressed by the detailed room cleaning service, they cleaned 2 times per day, preparing few bottles of water, night time story on the bed and even cable ties for my charger cable. Another excellent service was provided by the Ginger moon staff, they wrote me a message card during my last day stay, this is so sweet. Just a minor issue is my outfit always look alike the staff outfit and it makes the other guest always ask me to bring them orange juice. The interior and the facilities are well maintained. But we have issue with the bluetooth speaker which can easily connected by the nearby room with few attempts and tune the volume to the max in the midnight. I tried to unplug cable but it still functioning due to the speaker is rechargeable. I think this issue can be solve by setting the bluetooth speaker with password so that nearby room can't connect the speaker easily. I believe my room is a connecting room and it has a door which can access to another room. The guest beside my room always open the speaker with high volume midnight till 4am and I can clearly listen their sound from the connecting door although it is locked.

Vibrant hotel, very friendly and accommodating staff and sparkling clean facilities. Good for adults looking for hookups, but really bad if you are on a business trip or just looking to relax, between thr multiple bars and clubs and pool parties, and the amount of 24/7 constructions next to it, it is always noisy...everywhere!
