Literally the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Dirty room and bathroom. I found some bugs on the bed frame and my husband and got bug bites all over our body after sleeping in the bed for 2 nights. The room was so noisy facing the main street. It’s a rough area of Dublin. We could hear homeless people in the middle of the night. No proper sleep at all. We spent near £500 for 2 nights and it was a terrible experience.

Felt that given what I paid, this was a bargain - turned up on off chance at 11.15am to ask for early check in not expecting it. They were able to accommodate and the reception team were super friendly and quite humorous as well so had smile on my face. Room was very good for what I paid - all in all, exceeded expectations.

The room was good, but there was only one elevator for the entire hotel as the other was broken. The service at the bar was atrocious. Every drink that was ordered was made wrong. Also we had to leave the windows open the entire time because the heat in the room was set to sigh and could not be changed.

Perfectly fine hotel 10min walk from temple bar so well situated. Rooms were fine too although very warm at times. Bar area was very comfortable and welcoming. Didn’t have breakfast. Reception staff all seemed a bit less warm than you would expect in Dublin

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Fantastic room, best shower ever! Great location. The free parking requires reservation, so be aware. Very small lot so not guaranteed.

Comfortable rooms. Bigger than we expected for a downtown city hotel. Our room and bathroom looked recently rennovated and everything was very nice. Good location that's within a mile of everything we wanted to see in Dublin. Convenient if you are taking a tour of the countryside as many of the your busses leave from just down the block.Good selection of Pubs, restaurants nearby. Two grocery stores 2-3 blocks away. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.
