We landed at 5:00 am and was at the hotel at About 6am. We were up all night and asked for a very early check in. The staff understood and did everything they could to get us in a room as soon as possible, which is out of their control. At 8:30 am we checked into our first room and at 9:00am we checked into our second room. We were able to settle down, take a nap and enjoy our stay. This made a hug pe difference in our stay so I wanted to say Thank You to the desk staff. Steve Chille

Night-Manager over and above!
We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn on both ends of our family vacation. The hotel is very clean, and right across from the waterfront. On our stay at the end of our vacation my son became very sick, and needed to go to emergency. Even though the hotel was fully booked for the next day the manager told us he would not kick us out if we needed to stay longer. He went over and above to help us.

Stayed in Hilton hotel for sometime now but this one is below the usual friendly and energetic staff I an accustomed with. No smiles except for a food server during breakfast. Rooms are nice nothing to wow for. I was expecting better than a Hampton by Hilton but it was not. Over all ok but can get better.

It is a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Dublin. The only challenge is that their internet is unsecured so I had difficulty connecting my work laptop.

Someone had definitely been smoking in the room. Housekeeping used an excellent air freshener. We should have changed rooms, but I did not want to move all our luggage. TV did not work. And was not fixed. Halls and common areas are spotless. Restaurant Is reasonably priced and quite good. Restaurant and hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. Really terrific staff.
