Good Central Dublin Hotel
Arrived to a room with a great view, but as the hotel is on a busy road i had a lot of trouble sleeping. I was offered an alternate room the following morning, which was a godsend. If you are a light sleeper, ask for an internal room ( no view ) when booking. Room was clean and very good value for central Dublin. I"ll stay again on my next visit to Dublin as theres lots of places to shop for food on the Hotel's doorstep and the Tram ( Luas ) into town ( Toward St. Stephens Green ) is within a few minutes walk.

They let me check in early, which was such a relief after a long journey, and even gave me the best room in the hotel. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Dublin, making it so easy to explore the city’s attractions. The room was spotless, modern, and equipped with everything I needed. The comfortable bed and excellent soundproofing ensured I had a great night’s sleep. The staff deserve special mention for their friendliness and professionalism—they truly make you feel welcome and valued as a guest. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dublin and can’t wait to return for a third stay!

This hotel is in a great location, especially since Dublin is very walkable. We had to change rooms because the first room was very small (they claimed all rooms were the same size) and the heater made the room almost unbearable. Unless I missed it in the description, I was not prepared for the hotel to have “micro” rooms. We stayed for a week so the size was not great but it would be sufficient for a backpacking weekend trip.

I have to say that I’m equally split on the pros and cons of this place. Pros are it’s close to everything. Just steps off of Connelly and the hop on hop offs. Lots of restaurants around. Walkable to Temple Bar area. It was clean. Con’s are it’s incredibly small, even for European standards. No tables to sit anything on. Nowhere to put luggage or hang clothes. I don’t mind small rooms that are thoughtfully set up. This one was not. Beds were uncomfortable. Pillows and mattresses seemed to be the ultimate bargain buys. Very few tv channels. Our hair dryer didn’t work. On our last day, We asked one of the desk agents to get us a taxi for the airport the next morning. The driver was waiting for us in the lobby when we came down so we were very appreciative of that. I don’t think I would stay there again because of the room size but if you are looking for a great location, this is definitely it.
