Great hotel with very good customer service
Nice hotel - very center and near all. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Molly was the best as well as the other staff - very informative and fast assistance to any inquiry.also the Great customer service and hotel is very nice and clean and rates are affordable.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, a zipper on our suitcase came off and they called maintenance to fix it for us. The location was perfect and walki h distance to all the hot spots in the area

Spent five nights here recently. I found it to be very central to everything I wanted to see and do. I walked everywhere, and only had to take taxis and to and from the airport. If you’re spending most of your time in central Dublin and can walk a few miles per day, this location can’t be beat. The hotel itself was very new and modern. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are on the smaller side but I knew that when I booked. There’s a bar/restaurant downstairs and several pubs and restaurants in the immediate area that are also open late. I’d stay here again. 5/5.

This is a wonderful location. We enjoy doing walk about and this put us quite close to numerous sights. Guinness was the furthest at a little over a mile. Shops and eateries very close to bus lines. Hotel very clean and fresh, lovely lounge area.

The location of the property is very good. Checkin was smooth, receptionist at the check in was very good and polite. One at the checkout, was asking all white guests if they would like to order a cab or keep their luggage in cloak room except me being British indian and another black guy. I felt it bad.🙄

The stuff saves this place. A service, super helpful! The room was clean but way too small for 2 people to be called a double. The window view was on the wall and seagull poop. Cold and super humid in the room. AC/heater shots off not helping to warm the tiny room. Bathroom had a glass door right next to the bed - so if your partner goes there at night, the light with wake you up and you’ll have a show.

Very nice hotel. Typical small European design that functions well. Staff were very kind during check-in to allow for early check in as soon as a room became available (noon instead of 3 pm). This is an important accommodation for those of us traveling across the Atlantic with limited arrival options. My only complaint is that the walls are very thin, and the hallways are narrow, so it wasn’t easy to get proper sleep through the night with loud guests getting back to their rooms oblivious as to how much their noise carried into other people’s rooms. In the morning it was also easy to be woken up by other guests or sometimes cleaning staff being loud. However, overall, I highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, friendly reception, and convenient location.
