Contacted hotel ahead of arrival, but never had a reply. I wanted to check-in early and requested it when i arrived. Reply was Sorry you have to do that online. I think a reception should be able to do anything related to check-in. In the end i managed to check-in early. I paid £15 fee and i checked in early. Room had no view out of window, but room was fine. Bed was firm, but i slept due to tiredness. I've stayed here before and i recommend it for solo travellers. Rooms are a bit small, but they are modern in style and generally quite clean.

We stayed here in December 2024 and had a great trip! The room is small but cozy. I’d definitely stay here again but I’d bring my own pillows. Theirs are huge.

The staff here were incredible - complete night and day from the accommodations I was coming from. They are always ready to help and offer advice and solutions. The rooms were clean and breakfast was great.
