Check in was fantastic, but night staff really lacked in proper customer service. The warm welcome we received throughout the day and our interactions was without fault but dealing with the evening/night staff made it feel like we were in a totally different hotel.

North of downtown Dublin
Hotel is fairly new. The rooms are large and offer mini kitchen. Cafe downstairs for convenience. Easy to walk to downtown Dublin sights, pubs and restaurants. Parking garage is about 10 minutes from hotel. Lots of one way streets.

The staff was amazing!! We got there really early around 10am and we were feeling really tired/nauseous from the flight and they allowed us to check in early with the exception that we would get 1 king bed instead of 2 doubles but it was fine because at that point we were just happy to get some rest! The area is pretty nice, there’s shopping close by and the famous temple bar is only a 10 min walk from the hotel!! Just be mindful when walking alone at night because there’s some weirdos out there. I was also surprised that the hotel room had pretty much everything- stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and a toaster. I was pretty happy with my stay and so happy with the service! :)

A very good quality hotel chain in a convenient location. Good breakfast, reasonably priced and wellstocked kitchenette. Remember to bring stuff like facial tissues, shower caps, lotions and conditioners as these aren't provided though iron, toaster, hair dryer, coffee maker, tea pot and tea and coffee including cream in refrigerator are.

Everything about this property was fantastic! The room was great! It was so close to so many things that walking was very easy. The only thing that was a bother was having to pay for off site parking. It's much cheaper if you pre pay. If you have a luggage be ready to carry it. Other than that everything else was fantastic.

Staff were not accommodating for early arrival which was understandable. Even after we agreed to pay any amount for an upgrade after numerous emails begging us to do so. They did take our luggage which was nice. However, when we came back later in the day they put us in an accessible room without our knowledge even though we had been there at 9am. Can’t believe that was the only room they had. Made for a horrible stay.

Very small to make even a light meal. Unnecessarily complicated electricity/power where you need to insert card to turn on lights. Not explained to us but we figured it out. A small place to hang clothes but no where to put other clothes (pjs, underclothes etc). Jackhammer going at 9 am. This was 530 am for us- need to consider jetlagged guests. Bed not too bad, pillows old and too soft- need to be replaced. A/C was centrally controlled and ventilation poor- too warm in rooms. It was very clean.

Great stay and value only negative is the parking, the garage to pay at nearby was difficult to get in and out of and to navigate to, not super convenient. Otherwise nice spot.
