Super convenient if watching a show at the 3Arena. The hotel is a literal stone throw. 10 seconds from hotel front door to 3Arena entrance. Luas red line goes direct from Heuston station right to the front of the hotel. The rooms are nothing fancy, but they are clean. Main problem is the room was way too warm and the temperature controls weren't very effective window could not be opened. The staff were very nice and tried to help and we got a change of room, but the same issue persisted (though it was a little less warm thankfully). I would go back for another 3Arena show thanks to the convenience, but wouldn't stay here if objective is to visit Dublin for a few days.

Hotel is clean and in a good location for the arena and some bars/restaurants. The rooms are strangely vey noisy - you can hear full conversations from next room and also when in the corridor . Our first night was rather spoilt with no sleep as a result of noise from room beside. Staff did advise the guests to be quiet but noise continued the whole night. Breakfast was good and staff were very attentive

The Gibson is fantastic for concerts ....

Check in was a bit messy as the self service/on line doesn't speed things up and after following the instructions that once pin was received we could checkin but turned out we couldn't as I had booked a birthday package and this wasn't allowed for. So had to wait another 30 minutes. Birthday package wasn't what I expected for €45..1 balloon, 4 macrons and a bottle of prosecco...we went to concert and ordered room service. I appreciate that concerts put additional pressure on services but to wait an hour and a half and for it to be cold is not acceptable considering the prices charged. The Gibson is fantastic for concerts at 3 arena but I won't do extras again

Great place to stay for 3Arena gigs.

Check in was smooth and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was a good size, quiet, and the blackout drapes were great. Comfortable bed and a good sized bathroom with nice shower. Only minor complaint was that the room was very warm, even with the air on high fan and low temp. Good transport to city centre and couldnt be closer to 3Arena, really good for gigs.
