We had a wonderful stay for 6 days. However the cleaning / straightening up of the room was seriously lacking. We had to empty our own rubbish bins , chase a cleaner for essential coffee or tea supplies, had nil linnen change during this time despite requests.

Everything from arrival to chechout was just perfect. Everything was planned and catered for to perfection, staff, room, food and hotel was just really lovely, the surrounding area was really lovely too. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay, just wonderfull.

Staff was great. Convenient store nearby and train also nearby. The cleaning people only make your bed and take out trash but dont actually clean the room when you stay a long period of time. Other then that it was a overalls great stay.

This is a pretty new hotel in a reasonably good location, although over the river from the central area. It offered self check in, which we lived because it’s so quick and efficient. Rooms are fine and clean. It was great value.
