Great hotel in a lovely quiet village. Only 45 minutes by water taxi from Dubrovnik, or 25 by bus, both only a short walk from the hotel. Lots of nice restaurants locally, although if you’re looking for lively entertainment you’ll need to venture into Dubrovnik.

Nice location
This hotel is in the village of Cavat, which is about 20 minutes from Dubrovnik. It is a quaint village where the prices are much more reasonable than Dubrovnik. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay here! The room was beautiful, spacious, clean and the view was gorgeous! The pool was great and staff were very friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay again on this gorgeous little town.

Our suite with a stunning sea view was spacious and luxurious, featuring a separate bedroom, living room, bathroom with a hot tub, and a balcony with an outdoor shower. The hotel was impeccably clean and conveniently located near the airport. Although parking was challenging, the staff was helpful in finding nearby options. The breakfast buffet offered variety of options, and check-in and check-out were efficient. The only drawback was the slightly overpowering air freshener that seemed to be constantly dispersed throughout the room. While pleasant initially, it became overwhelming after a while. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we highly recommend this hotel for its spacious accommodations, beautiful location, and excellent service.

We absolutely loved Hotel Cavtat. The room was clean and spacious and had a lovely view. My only complaint is having to pay for a chair at the pool. Great location, lots of great restaurants, beaches and shopping out our door

Outstanding breakfast, beautiful hotel, amazing view, comfy bed, terrific shower and heated towel rack. Unfortunately, the pool area was packed and people had “reserved” all the lounge chairs with their towels, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool. We were surprised to see that the hotel didn’t supply pool towels.

Our room had an amazing view and the hotel itself is definitely very good. You need to be aware that the winds can be very high off the Adriatic and at night cause quite a lot of building noise which can interrupt your sleep. Also, there was a disconcerting odor when the winds blew heavily. Not sure of the source but it was a shame as the hotel itself is beautiful and strategically located both by the water and the nearby airport. It was mentioned that the end of September has very high winds.
