Walking distance to everything downtown. Had a great time at Dimensional Brewing annual Woodstock celebration again this year. The 7 1/2 hour drive from southern Missouri is worth the weekend.

The Julien is a beautiful building. The staff were all kind and helpful. The negative points: no microwaves, no hotel cafe, cocktail lounge is not open on Sunday and Monday.

Conveniently located with lots of shopping nearby. Felt very safe to walk around in the neighborhood. The hotel is exquisite. You just don’t see hotels like this one anymore. Very quiet and our room was very comfortable. Caroline’s restaurant is located below the hotel serving exceptional gourmet entrees.

Great overnight Dubuque.
Just passing through and spent the night here. Beautiful old hotel in downtown Dubuque. Large room and bathroom. Walkable to restaurants and the elevator to the top of the hill. Only negative is that some of The upholsteries are worn but it doesn’t affect the excellent accommodations! They also have a great outdoor patio and great happy hour. If you stay walk up a couple blocks and take the elevator to the top of the hill.
