We were put into a handicap room 328 and neither one of us are handicap and the water pressure in the shower was super low. But other then that our stay was fine.

When we checked in everything was fine, we got to our room and there was leftover food in the fridge. The next day we requested extra towels as there was only 1 set of each. We left at 9am returned at 3:30pm and our room still hadn’t been cleaned so we seen the cleaners cart and took an extra set of towels.. later in the evening the room above us do extremely loud running and jumping. The room beside us had the tv on loud until 3 am. Neither of us had a very good experience bring our first time there!

The room was missing the shower curtain. No big deal they replaced it right away. But then got in shower and shampoo was empty. Kind of hard to ask for more when you are already in shower. Love the new bottles but they should never be empty

Nice continental breakfast. More gluten free options would be nice!! Water didn't drain in the tub. Toilet didn't flush well. Reported both issues at checkout.

Helpful friendly staff
Staff were friendly, helpful & accommodating. The lighting in the room was too minimal for reading - no light on the desk & only one light bulb in a two bulb lamp. It would be helpful to have a mirror over the desk & put the picture on a different wall.
