Our self-catering accommodation in Waterford is close to all of the amenities this lovely fishing village has to offer. This seaside holiday destination in Ireland's Ancient East has a working harbour and two lovely sandy coves, Counsellor’s Strand and Lawlor’s Strand.

1. Heating and Electricity:
For heating and electricity, a €40 charge will be taken at the time of booking. The property manager will read the meter, and any potential outstanding balance will be paid directly to the property manager.

2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid before check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival, or at others, it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of the year, this can increase to €500 per property.

3. Internet:
Please note there is no Internet access within the property.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, which features a fireplace. There's a private balcony or patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a washing machine.
