Relax with the whole family or group of friends at this lakeview cottage, few steps away from iconic pier. This house has 2BR. The primary bedroom has a pillowtop queen bed with cozy bedding. The second bedroom has a twin over double bunk and an additional twin bed all with cozy bedding, nightstand w/ lamp, fan & ample hooks.
July and August are 4 night minimum. Long weekends are 3 night minimum.
PRIMARY BEDROOM:

▶The primary bedroom has a pillowtop queen bed with cozy bedding offering you an amazing nights sleep! There’s a dresser, nightstands with lamps, fan and smart tv for your comforts of home.

BEDROOM 2:

▶The second bedroom has a twin over double bunk and an additional twin bed all with cozy bedding, nightstand with lamp, fan and ample hooks.

KITCHEN:

▶The kitchen has everything you need…. just bring the food and bevies!

In the back is a year round 6-8 man hottub tucked away protected from the wind!

NEARBY DESTINATION:

▶The nearest pier is in sightline from cottage and just a 2 minute walk.
▶My personal favorite beach is Matlock beach and is a 2 minute drive
▶The popular Winnipeg beach is approx. a 5 minute drive.
▶Matlock has a convenience store
▶If you need groceries Winnipeg beach is the place to go!
I’ve never been disappointed with their produce and selection of groceries & meats! Selkirk & Gimli are further options as well. If you're not familiar with the area you need to keep one of your evenings available to try.
▶The Emporium restaurant just 2 blocks down the road(seasonally open and be sure to make reservations).

Can’t wait to book another weekend away!

We recently rented this cabin for a cozy girl’s weekend away. This property was clean, beautifully decorated, the hot tub was so relaxing, and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed including coffee, tea, and an adorable little hot cocoa bar. The hosts went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, recommended places to check out and eat nearby, and were very quick to reply. We can’t wait to be back!

Absolutely adorable.

The minute I walked into Pelican Cove Cottage, I fell in love with the quaint (in a good way), well-stocked, efficient cottage close to Lake Winnipeg.The hot tub is a big winner but our group of six over New Year's Eve accommodated all of us very well.The attention to detail and the attractive decor made our stay memorable. As an avid traveller, this has been my favourite VRBO stay so far. You won't be disappointed.

Mother - Daughters Weekend

We had the most fabulous few days at Alicia's beautiful cabin. Her attention to detail is incredible - from the little extras (coffee/hot chocolate bar!) to great beds and bedding - you have everything you need and then some to relax and enjoy the beautiful area. First rate hosting and communication, and a beautiful spot. Great cookbooks and perfect private hot tub! We will be back.

Charming cabin

This clean and cute cabin was a delightful stay! It’s bright and filled with natural light, making it feel welcoming and cozy. The cabin is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Lovely cottage with everything you need

This cottage is in a beautiful spot and the owner supplies everything you might need for cooking your meals during your stay. The yard is also lovely with a fire pit and chairs if the weather cooperates. We had a great stay.

Family long weekend

Beautiful property with an amazing fire pit and wood included, a hot tub which was clean and in a great location right outside the door, and everything a person could need for kitchen supplies. The day we arrived was rainy and cool but we enjoyed the many options of games to play, the smart tv with wifi included, and the record player with a great selection of music! This place is very clean and it looks freshly renovated but it kept the cottage style rustic look. We love the location which is walking distance to piers, beaches, an amazing restaurant which has ice cream, and many parks. We will definitely be back again!

We had a great time at the cabin. The hot tub was a great place to warm up after a chilly day on the beach. My favourite spot was the swinging chairs, you could often find me there in the morning. The host was quick to respond to any questions.

Perfect Ladies' Weekend Getaway

This cabin is the perfect little getaway for a group of ladies. The place is very comfortable and the owners have thought of all the little details. We enjoyed days spent hanging out in the egg swings and evenings in the hot tub and around the fire. We also enjoyed playing games in the cabin during a rainy indoor evening. It was the perfect weekend get away located not too far from Winnipeg. Thanks to the owner for everything!!
