To their credit, they appeared to be updating things, but the general condition was poor for the price I paid for the room. One of my keys didn't work, the other took at least half a dozen attempts. I enlisted the help of the woman who checked in me to get in to my room and it took her half a dozen attempts as well. Then she looked at me as if saying "see, the key works fine". Another silly little thing is the hot and cold water for the tub were reversed. Again, little things but for what I paid, pretty poor.
