Don’t stay here
As soon as we arrived we saw that the dirty smudged glass of the doors & windows. Reception could have cared less about us at check in (no smile, no greeting). Made us feel as though we were bothering him. Our room was on the first floor (rm 122) and the entire first floor smells unclean & smoky. The room needs deep cleaning. We could not feel comfortable because it just wasn’t clean and it looked like it had not been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. The breakfast was pathetic. The coffee was weak and just awful. The sad thing is that this place is laid out nicely and if it was clean it could be a nice place. I would not stay here again

The king bed was directly in front of the air conditioning which the room was warm and air conditioning was needed therefore you froze in the bed because the air conditioning was directly on me on my left all night long. Also I didn’t feel safe there because the room directly across from me in the hall, there was incredible fighting going on and the neighboring room was then threatening to call the police. It was terrible. The fighting went on until 3:00am in the morning. I didn’t sleep well at all. I am very disappointed.

Got a decent deal, and I would consider staying there again. One person at front desk was very rude but everyone else made up for it. The breakfast was the absolute bare minimum…handful of stale bagels. It has so much potential…

Filthy and scary
Lots of bags of garbage all over the property. Unsavory characters all over the property. My unit had dirty floors dirty windows and disgusting dirty TV. Not enough towels. I was told that I could not have separate pool towels and that I would need to ‘exchange’ my already slim supply of room towels(2) for new ones. The pool was occupied by people and kids that actually ‘Live’ at the hotel. I witnessed someone smoking a joint down below my room and fro The looks of it I suspect that’s definitely not the worst of what goes on there. I will never ever stay here again- not even if they paid me. Clean up your business or close it down folks.
