Staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and practical. Great for a low budget option ski accommodation. This is close to vail and nicely renovated to meet needs for a convenient stay. Lots of nice restaurants in Eagle mainstreet, something we did not expect.

Hotel definitely needs a good cleaning. There was bowel movement on the bathroom wall,the sheets had someone else’s hair on them when we arrived the shelf was unattached to the wall, the hair dryer plug was broken off in plug had to ask from 6am u til almost 11pm to even get a replacement hair dryer. Staff was friendly and helpful but hotel needs CLEANED

Driving across country and had to stop for a rest!! Our reservation was made last minute but was easy peasy!! Everyone was very nice and all charges were exactly what I expected! No surprises!

We quickly discovered the bed did not have a mattress pad. Asked the front desk multiple times for one but was told they don’t have any. How do you not have extra mattress pads? The bed was awful. Very hard, not comfortable at all. We will different lodging on our future trips to Eagle.

We needed a hotel in a pinch, and this one was the only one available within the area that was the lowest price (just under $200). Wasn't the best, but it wasn't the worst. The whole building is in need of an update, but the staff was freindly. Stayed in another hotel later in our trip that was under $100, and it was night and day difference as this one seemed nicer (the value was definitely in its favor).

Old hotel. Renovation being done in piece meal fashion. Electrical connections are a concern: 3rd floor circuit breaker door was held shut with duct tape; sitting on the bed the nightstand lamp turned off. Lamp on the second nightstand was unplugged and impossible to reach the outlet to plug it in. Television was connected to a power strip. The recliner is well worn, must have been bought at a Salvation Army/Goodwill store. The coffee lids were too small for the provided cups. No shampoo, but conditioner and body wash were provided. These items were no name brands bought at a dollar store. The entire 3rd floor reeked of disinfectant. Washer washed clothes in hot water even though cool water was selected. The credit card reader for the dryer always had to be reset after use. Room access key stopped working before the 11 am checkout.

This place feels like a youth hostel. It is noisy. You can hear people walking above you and everything that is going on in the hallway. Our room felt unsafe with a plastic bag over the fire alarm. We could not really use the refrigerator because the shelves were missing. The furniture was very used like from a second hand store. It wasn’t clean either with hair from someone else in the shower. I am sure the towels were washed but you could see stains on them. The sheets were ok but I still felt itchy in the morning. I hope we didn’t bring anything with us. I cannot recommend this place!

Needs a lot of TLC. Breakfast was cold all 3 mornings. 1 morning there was hardly any food only 1 hour in. Sheets looked dirty, but the worst was the bathroom. Mold growing in multiple places. I took pictures. My adult son could hardly breath every morning and we noticed the mold the last morning. I would not recommend this location and was very disappointed. I have stayed at Wingate’s before and very let down especially for the price.

The challenge was I received an email the day b4 checking in to have me check in online including scanning pic ID and CC and was told just pick up your key at the desk. When I arrived I had to do it all over and was told that online service was useless as they never pass it onto hotel. Very bad!!
