Had to change rooms after 10 PM due to loud, rowdy and rude group of teens in room across from us. Call to front desk made no difference. Front desk agreed to move us to another room but offered no apology for the inconvenience.
Rooms were nice the bar/restaurant was good. However in our room there were dirty dishes in the closet and the remote was missing. They switched us rooms right away but gave an excuse that they had a big group over the weekend causing them to be short staffed. To me yes I get it to a point but you just made it harder on yourself as moving is caused two rooms cleaned again instead of one. The attention to detail and the front desk attitude was lacking but other than that nice place to stay especially if you have pets. They had a court yard with poop bags in the center of the hotel with sliding doors to the area for those with pets.
Pool and hot tub were nice to have - and we didn’t even have to share! Wish the hotel were closer to downtown but it was fine - clean, appointed, etc. They accept pets which was important because we were in a road trip with our dogs. Good value and we were able to log into our own Netflix etc. which was nice.
I want to give a huge Kiddo to your server at the GOP dinners. She has blonde hair pulled back and wears glasses. She is a hard worker and always very personable. You are lucky to have her on your staff!
