The entire suite smelt like stale cigarettes. There were remains of ashes around the room. All bedding smelt like it had been exposed to smoke. No access to WiFi. When these issues were brought up to the front desk, the woman offered us complimentary snacks or drinks from their storefront in the lobby. On top of these issues, we were unable to check in at the designated time due to the room being cleaned and inspected. Clearly it was not. I will not be booking here again.

Great place to stay for visiting a student at MSU. The morning staff the prepared breakfast and served it were extremely kind, polite, and efficient. My room was clean and in good shape. The price was also excellent. I would definitely stay here again!
