That was the worst experience I’ve ever seen in my life. This hotel is the most strange hotel I’ve ever seen. No body was in charge when I arrived. They left the hotel to customers and simply went home. In case if something happens no one was there. Doors were locked and I wasn’t able to get in. Next day when I came back they told me that they already gave the room to another person. Finally the front desk employee found a room for me but they didn’t refund me for previous day. I never saw an active hotel that close check in at 6:00pm. I will never come back to this hotel again.
Clean room and spacious but no staff available at all. Kiosk check in was not user friendly and room cards did not work nor did the printer so no receipt was given. A lot of road noise, was not a quiet room at all.
Well my employee didn't have any issues. But I had some issues. I was trying to sign a credit card authorization so that my employee could not worry about anything. So I went up there in person to fill out paperwork and I was told that it's all done by email. So I emailed and waited. 24 hours go by and no answer. So I called and the lady said oh no you have to email another person a manager. I emailed the manager and nothing. So I really hope your employees don't mind using their own cards as incidentals.
This hotel is probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. I have traveled a lot. The only thing I wish they had….is a coffee pot. Or coffee available in the lobby. Had to go to gas station to get coffee every morning. Just a little inconvenient.

No coffee available anywhere. it shuts down at night and the elevator was broken pretty much both days that we were there. Other than that, pretty good value.
The room was new and not used too much . The hotplate provided did not work and though we reported it to the front desk ,there was no follow up for the complaint.there were no mugs, kettle, coffee maker, iron or ironing board in the room.
Have stayed here twice and have had good experiences each time. Room was very clean. Easy to get everywhere in the area from the hotel. I arrived late and was able to do the remote check in. It was easy to do.

No staff on site, check in is done through a remote video service which took way to long when travelling you just want to get into your hotel room and not wait 30 mins to get your rooms keys when there is no line. The remote service is the reason for the bad rating. They should have a receptionist on site to ensure other guests do not have the same experience.
