House does have a 2 car garage where your vehicles can be protected from the sun in this beautiful but hot rgv weather. Big back yard.

This property is just as described. It was clean and the host was wonderful. I had issues with the lock box for the key and Eddie came over within 5 minutes to open it for me. Would definitely book this again if i am back in the Valley.

Great location
This property worked really well as we explored the many parks in the area to go birdwatching. The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Our only concern was that there were so many air fresheners. We ended up unplugging them so we wouldn’t feel ill.

Clean and welcoming
We weren’t in the house much, mostly just to sleep and shower, but everything was clean and comfortable. We had some trouble figuring out the thermostat but were helped quickly. The check out process was the easiest that I’ve ever experienced. If I had to make any recommendation on improvement, it would be to replace the livingroom furniture. It was a problem for a couple of us older siblings. We just moved in the chairs from the dining tables to sit.

Good potential
This is a nice property and has good potential. It was not very clean when we arrived. The floors in the master bedroom and bathroom had a lot of hair on them. There were numerous pans for cooking but most of them were warped or were of poor quality. There were many plug in air fresheners which created an overwhelming odor. We took them out to the garage. Limited furniture with seating for five which is not very comfortable. We only used the king bed and it was comfortable. Location was good and we liked the garage.

This lovely, well-appointed 3 bedroom home with two stall garage exceeded our expectations. Location to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping was very convenient. Deficiencies included only 4 place settings combined with lack of dishwasher, no instructions for operation of 4 TV's and thermostat, and no general house rules (e.g. garbage collection day). Additional kitchen, bed linens, pots and pans were provided upon request.
