This hotel over exceeded our expectations. Not only it was in a an amazing location, across from the train station (it was super quiet and couldn’t hear any street noises), the staff was super friendly greeting us with champagne and the rooms mini bar is complimentary. Yes, you can have whatever you want from the mini fridge and snacks at no additional cost. The hotel restaurant was amazing with a great view of the city and the staff was friendly and so pleasant. I recommend this hotel 100%. I swear I never leave reviews because I hate being that person and I’m super picky, but this one deserved a glowing review. Oh, I can’t fail to mention that the blow dryer is a Dyson dryer and the floor on the shower/toilet section was heated. The bed was super comfortable too. I will be looking for hotels of this chain going forward.

breakfast and dinner were beautifully prepared, and service was impeccable. staff helpful — however — I booked a “double standard room”. with translates into one double bed — the staff realized our confusion, and in some cases they can split a a king into 2 twins. Inventory was low, they could not do the split, and my friend and had to sleep in the same bed — they brought us separate duvets - but we were together. not the greatest for 2 single ladies “out on the town"

The location of the hotel is great, just across the street from the train station. But I was surprised at the design of the hotel, how upscale it is, the room size and the excellent view.

Excellent beyond words in every way! Might just be one of the best hotel stays in my 40 country experience. I walked into the 7 th floor registration, chatted a moment, signed and turned around to get my luggage— AND IT WAS GONE!! O they said, it is already in your room. The glass of champagne at registration; was a neat soft touch!

Great stay. Staff were lovely. Enjoyed Nor Loft-staff were friendly and welcoming. Perfect location and very modern. Only downfall is there was a sewage smell at times in the hotel but I’ve seen other comments that it’s to do with the old systems which is understandable
