This lovely hotel offers stunning views of all three bridges and is situated with the high street and clock tower in front and the beach in the back. It’s absolutely worth getting a room with a bridge and water view - that’s what makes this special. With a restaurant below, it would seem only natural that breakfast might be provided, but it is at an extra charge. Therefore we ended up frequenting the sweet bakeries further down the High Street and having dinner at other restaurants. That would be the only miss that we saw Breakfast should have been included. Otherwise, front desk reception and cleaning attendants were very helpful - even held luggage for us while we picked up a car. Top notch stay in a charming little town.

This is nestled in the cutest most quaint downtown that you would ever think of in connection with what a Scottish downtown is they were having the fairy festival that day quite a spectacle and it was alive and fun but the hotel is a magnificent hotel and I'll tell you the food is beyond excellent
What a great little find. Beautiful location. Room was clean and a reasonable size. I didn't have a view, but it really wasn't a problem as all you need to do is walk out the door for the view.
Food is delicious and well cooked service is very good and staff very friendly and helpful.
My stay was wonderful, I ate in the restaurant every night and had breakfast there every morning too, until the last day, when I was working in the restaurant downstairs before I left and asked the server if there was somewhere I could plug my laptop in and the server said no as items weren't PAT tested. Now I totally understand PAT testing, however, I had been staying in the hotel for three nights and no one asked if my items were PAT tested for the hotel room where I was charging two phones and my laptop. It made me feel a little bit as if I was being asked to leave as I was fully paid up etc and my stay had come to an end.
The restaurant was not busy, there were only two other tables at the time.
I left and went to a coffee shop down the road where I made a purchase and worked for a couple of hours.
This unfortunately put a damper on my otherwise great stay. I will however book again for my next stay in Edinburgh.
We lived our stay at this hotel. We opted for the room with the balcony facing the waterfront and the bridges. It was well worth it for the view through the night and morning. We had some drinks and appetizers in the restaurant watching the Eurocup and it was a great time.
No onsite parking, but other than that, it was perfect.
Wonderful stay at Orocco Pier for my husbands big birthday. Chose the room with balcony overlooking the Forth, so despite a cosy size, the view in the morning was worth it. The bistro bar was lively and good food, along with the same amazing views.
We stayed here for one night on our round the UK trip. Lovely room with stunning views over the water and taking in the bridges. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Enjoyed a lovely evening meal on the terrace and also a fab breakfast.
What a quaint and beautiful hotel. I caught the bus for a 30 minute ride into Edinburgh and had breakfast and dinner in the hotel itself. Pleasantly surprised by the spacious and nicely decorated rooms. Internet was a little slow but I suspect that was my phone more than the hotel. Loved it.
