The pictures did not reflect the reality, atleast of the room we were given. After a bit forth and back with the property, they agreed to refund the remaining nights and we ended up moving to a different hotel, and our vacation was salvaged. I advise you to ensure you get what you pay for - that is the listing matches the room you’re given.

We enjoyed staying here. The rooms were spacious. Close by to the Tram and Haymarket train station. We walked everywhere. Lots of places to pick up groceries, but we took advantage of loads of cafes and pubs. There is no air conditioner, we had the windows open. It would be helpful to bring a fan to circulate the air as it was really warm this past week.

We liked the location of the property to attractions in Edinburgh. However, without air conditioning, having the windows open made for some loud noises at night from the parking lot and smokers below, and seagulls in the morning. Very nice accommodations with full kitchen to make some meals "at home". Washer/dryer combo unit was not good at drying clothes.

Great spot for a longer stay.

Full suite with kitchen and clothes washer. Beware, the washer takes up to 8hrs to dry. The freezer in the mini fridge is largely unavailable due to the door not opening all the way. The area is quiet. We would stay here again.

Great location. Easy short walk to most areas. Good size apartment. Surprised they was no air condition in the apartment. One fan was not enough. A bit overpriced, but we did book it through Expedia. Should have contacted the company direct. We know to do this the next time we visit. Overall, we were satisfied with our choice.

Good overall. Staff are friendly and efficient. They’ll store your luggage if you arrive early but it’s right in the lobby (not the most secure). Location wise, about 10-15 min walking distance from city centre. Their parking is small and tight. Charging station didn’t work for me and no onsite support to troubleshoot. We went during a heat wave so 1-2 nights was very difficult to sleep without AC. The streets can be loud in the middle of the night. You could close the windows but without AC on hot nights, it’s hard. Kitchen is nice but appliances not the easiest to operate but they give you a guide and YouTube video on how to use. Bedrooms were clean but are small (can’t really walk around bed) and living room has a door that can’t be propped open so makes the apartment feel small and enclosed. Overall good, I would maybe look elsewhere if I were to visit again based on location, noise, no AC, small parking that can damage your rental and no easy charging if electrical car.

Very important that people know that this is not like a hotel at all! The apartment was spacious but had very minimal furniture and supplies. It seemed more set up for long stays where a person would bring their own things. We had to go to reception which was a block away for items like extra toilet paper. And despite the fact there is a card in the kitchen saying that all items would be replenished by reception, (ironically located on the coffee supplies), they would not resupply our coffee, stating that we had to purchase our own after the initial 4 pods were gone. The staff was quite dismissive, acting like asking for even for essentials like TP was an inconvenience. Also, if you are sensitive to traffic noise, make sure you’re apartment is not on the side of the busy roadway. Earplugs required. Our apartment only had one window that opened and it only barely cracked. There was a floor to ceiling window and a nice balcony that we had no access to as the window didn’t open. Location is good if you like to walk, not too far from everything. Just be prepared that you basically get a spacious flat with a kitchen and not much more.
