Clean, modern, and spacious suites made for a very comfortable stay. Location was also very central, just a few minutes away from the Royal Mile and lots of great eateries near by.
Lastly, they have a guest laundry room which was great for freshening up our outfits before continuing on with our journey.

We had a nice stay. When we arrived, they had actually upgraded us to a room with 2 double beds instead of one double bed and the pullout cot for our son. So, he was happy. The staff was super great, the place was clean, beds were comfortable, an easy walk to Waverly Station for us, and breakfast was great. There is a little store around the corner for last minute needs or snacks. Would stay again if we returned to Edinburgh.
Great location in Edinburgh, close to shopping and restaurants. Property is clean, room was decent size but the bathroom was on the smaller side. Staff were friendly and helpful.
This was not a hotel. There was no restaurant for evening meals and breakfast was served in the lobby which was very much catch as catch can and seating was disorganized. The facilities - rooms etc - were very nice but the style of the place was more an upmarket motel rather than what I would expect from a Marriott hotel. That said the young lady who checked us in was extremely helpful, gave us an upgrade and some excellent recommendations for dinner. There were kitchen facilities in the rooms which leads me to conclude there was an expectation that you could prepare your own dinner. If you are wanting a fully serviced hotel this is not the place.
The hotel was in a quiet area within walking distance of all the major sights plus the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We would stray here again.
The property was in a quiet area close to all the places we wanted to go and with a wonderful park nearby. The staff were amazing and able to help with all our needs. The only issue I had was the worn furniture and the scratches on the wood floors.
