A little confused as the to location of the Hotel, but once established it is Good place to stay, very comfortable, clean and quiet. Definitely would recommend staying there and would stay there again.

Although the hotel was a £10 taxi journey to the centre of Edinburgh it was excellent value for money for the quality of the hotel. The hotel staff were great.

I was initially sceptical about the unusually high ratings from previous hotel guests, and genuinely thought they were bot generated, but nonetheless decided to go for it out of curiosity, with a backup plan lined up just in case! This hotel exceeded all my expectations, which although were pretty low to begin with due to concerns around the accuracy of the too many good reviews. The check-in was flawless, the staff were very welcoming and the rooms were furnished to a very high standard and super clean. Breakfast was plentiful and sufficient, and the chef and staff at the restaurant all friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended and will definitely consider staying here again. PS: Don't let the "look" of the surrounding area put you off, the inside of the hotel is genuinely nice and you will not regret it - Just take note, the Rosebud rooms do not have a window, so if you want natural light, you should consider other rooms if available.

Good hotel accessible to downtown

The ladies at the reception were very helpful and nice. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. There was no window, but that was okay for us. There is a bus stop and train station within a mile, location is not bad. It was a bit tricky to find.

Don’t be put off by the outside appearance of the property that looks more like a sporting stadium than a hotel The hotel was new and very - very nice Staff were very friendly The meals were exceptional - in our 3 1/2 months of travel we have not experienced such quality - we ate both breakfast and dinner at the hotel for 3 days and every meal was exceptional Very close to bus route which meant we didn’t have to take our car into the city and try to find a park or take out a loan for parking fees Very highly recommended

First of all, eveybody was super nice! We loved our stay here. The room was clean. They had tea, coffee and hot cholocate and crisps inside the room to enjoy! We never hesitate to ask the front desk because they are so accommodating and wonderful.
