The property was close to West Edmonton Mall is what we liked about the location.... What we disliked about the property is that it wasn't a very secure area and the breakfast time was very short and there didn't seem to be enough staff to deal with what was going on around the building.

This was a great place to stay! Right across the street from West Edmonton Mall. It has heated underground parking which is great. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Be careful when getting to the location, only one entrance to the parking lot from 90th Ave when travelling west. And no vending machine in the hotel, but a convenience store is super close by.

the only issue i had was the height of the beds. i had to run and jump to get onto it. i am quite short and found them to be an issue. there was no coffee pot in the room (not sure if that is a new thing with hotels) other than that the hotel is very clean and friendly. i would definately recommend to others. (i would advise them to carry a stool to get onto the beds)

Brand new hotel at a perfect spot very close to the West Edmonton Mall. Rate was very compeititve, staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was warm and delicious. Underground parking was safe and with many spaces. Will definitely stay again!

I enjoyed my say at the Baymont hotel. My loft suite was better than I expected it to be. The second bathroom was an added bonus, since you didnt have to go downstair to use the washroom. Breakfast was yummy and had lots of great options. Would definitely stay here again

Overall the property is very good and you’ll get value for money. Very good for families. Conveniently located across the mall and other shops. However, it’s hard to navigate through entrance by car but they do have basement parking. Breakfast is okay but can be better if there’s variety each day.

Gloria on check in was amazing!! She had a disgruntled customer and visibly handled them so professionally and with NO visible signs of frustration. I was second in a line up of 4-5 more rooms to check in and she never skipped a beat and NEVER showed or made me feel rushed or like a number. Continental guy was VERY friendly even though he was kept on his toes busy! Kept everything clean and NEVER showed annoyance when asked for the millionth time, where’s the bacon? LOL Front desk in the morning was assertive enough to let me know it’s time to get moving without being rude. The ‘lady in black’, ? Manager, very pleasant , glad I was able to pass on how well Gloria did the previous night!! All around we were very impressed with our room, the staff and continental -was basic but enough to fill your belly!-.

Housekeeping stole or trow away something valuable.. everything about the shower is awful from the water pressure to the shower heads and the no shelvings.. also you’re constantly fighting with the tempature it never stay the same..the cable tv is pretty awful also very basic. Will not return.
