Good plays for a family vacation.
The stay overall was great. Service was fantastic, close to lots of places, rooms was good. I personly wasn't a fan of the room we had with the shower only. More because the water got everywhere. Food was great. We didn't like how the pool was very full and pretty much no parents watching their kids. My husband even had to save someone from drowning. But the staff was try to take control over that situation. The only thing I can say is I wish the rooms where a bit more soundproof. I could hear people all night in the hall (we were close to the lobby) and the beds moved a lot on the type of frame they had.

This is a great property a short drive from the mall. Rooms were very comfortable, clean and quiet.

The breakfast was hot with lots of choice. They have hot chocolate also for free that was a bonus especially when its cold out. Beds were comfortable. First time i see complimentary soup supplied by the hotel it was very tasty. We would definitely stay again.

We really were disappointed in our stay. Forgot to mention that we didn’t want the main floor room. Ended up right by the lobby and breakfast area, clanging and banging doors all night. A three hour night is not acceptable.

The stay was good, the only issue was too much banging noice from the upper floor in middle of the night as i got a roon in main floor. Next night was better. Secondly, reception staff need to explain / provide the wifi conectivity process and password when issuing room access card.

We always stay with you when we are in Edmonton visiting the grandchildren. Love the cleanliness above all, especially that you have vynal flooring and no carpets in the room. Excellent.

Housing keeping every 3rd day is unacceptable. The suite looked unclean, dim lighting and had a bad smell. Breakfast was horrible. For the prices being charged, better service and cleanliness should be top priority. If I knew housekeeping was not daily, I wouldn’t have booked! We will never return here!!
