Our vehicle was broken into in valet parking. Though the deductible will be covered by the Hotel the contents of our vehicle stolen are not. The idea of Valet parking is to be safe and secure, it was not. Also for the room there is no full length mirror for dressing, that is an issue for most getting ready for most outings, especially in a business or pleasure stay

Room was very small and for an updated room , the bathroom was not user friendly. No towel bars , one hook for clothes etc. The staff are great and location is good.

Overall clean hotel. Breakfast was not complimentary so we didn’t eat there, therefore I don’t know how many options they have. Valet isn’t worth it jess you have a small car that fits underground parking. I have an suv and they left it unlocked and it was a snowy weekend and it didn’t get brushed off, had to do it myself. Could definitely improve in that department. Comfort level was great though. Big room and gorgeous view.

Celebrated my girlfriend’s birthday and got a nice king size bed and a view. It was a very cozy room. Only thing was there was a dead bug on the comforter/duvet like a small one and not a fan of a lot of brown furniture but overall had a nice stay.
