Horrible Service
No airport shuttle when we arrived. Called over and over got no answer, then finally answer and its a customers room not front desk. Took Uber to Hotel, manager did not care. No apologize at all. Room was outdated and nothing worked, desk lamp, bedside light, fireplace, just not a good impression. We will not ever be back.

Freezing Room
Very slow reception service even though it was after 11pm and there were no other customers. He was a rude employee. The first room he assigned us was freezing. -20C outside and the temperature was 13C in the room. The heat pump was broken. There were no knobs. The receptionist insisted the small corner fireplace would warm up the room. We pointed out that the heat pump was broken. We finally asked for another room or a refund. He gave us the next room. It was overheating. 32C. At least we wouldn't freeze. We opened the window and put the AC on to bring the temperature down. We finally got to bed by 1am. Our son's family was in a room across from us. At 4am they were awakened by someone jamming their guitar at high volume with an amp. We checked out the sparse breakfast buffet and decided to go to a nearby restaurant for breakfast. We will never stay at this hotel again and will never recommend it.

I just need a bed to crash before my flight for the next day. Room was ok, the front desk (lady) in the evening was friendly, but the old man in the morning was grumpy looking and also not friendly, i felt like i owe him to asked him regarding my airport transfer.

But hey Black Friday sale & i only needed one evening/night, and they had shuttle service to airport, so 2/5 stars was what was needed and was what i got. Rude Night Shift Staff
We arrived at the hotel late evening around 10:30pm. The hotel checkin staff was not pleasant to deal with. He was very short and was not welcoming. He sat behind a plexiglass barrier and it was very difficult to hear what he was saying. He got impatient if I asked him to repeat what he said. Once our checkin was complete he told us about the breakfast the following morning. Again I couldn’t hear all he said. Asked him politely what he said. He raised his voice very loudly and repeated what he said in a loud rude sarcastic tone. Was very shocked. Our room overall was fine. Clean and presentable. The light was burnt out in our bathroom. The hotel had placed a lamp in our bathroom to use for light. Was very dim and difficult to use the shower in the morning. We were surprised as we have stayed a few times before and received a great room along with pleasant staff. My husband said he will not stay there again.
