I didn’t expect that I could find a smoking room, that was really great , I liked that . Even if smoking was allowed in our floor but it wasn’t smell at all .

Hotel room was rundown and in poor condition, plumbing issues no cold water in shower, mold on bath mat and dirty fixtures. Restaurant is relatively good though with friendly staff. Fitness room had broken equipment and needs an upgrade. The local area is unsafe but close to the Royal Alex which is convenient. Price is reasonable for what you get.

The staff are friendly and accomodating. It's an old bldg but all good. Near the Superstore so it's convenient. I'd book here again in the future.

Amazing hotel
The hotel is under renovation, and it is rodeo week, yet the signage made it easy to navigate. The front desk was so friendly and took the time to ungraded the room.
