I did not like the furnishings in the room. Very old rickety furniture that look repurposed from another hotel. Windows were quite dirty. The toilet often ran on as tank refill action did not work properly. I did like that my TV was fixed shortly after I reported that it did not work.

The hotel was convenient for us attending the Metallica concert and the price was cheaper than many other places but the hotel is very dated and well worn. The room was relatively clean but could definitely use an update.

From the moment we arrived, Preet was exceptionally welcoming and professional. They ensured a smooth check-in process and were incredibly helpful with local recommendations and any inquiries we had. Hotel room was old which was fine, but the room was quite dirty. Didn't appear to have being vacuumed prior to our stay. Squished rasberries all over the carpet, clothing tags lying on the floor. Didn't make you want to put your bag down or touch anything. It was only one night we stayed. Wouldn't stay there again if we had a choice.

Couldn’t handle an early check in - called in we didn’t need it in the moment, was very stressful, finally got it. No understanding of the right of a service dog! A service dog is not a pet and I should never have been asked to sign the pet form. A service dog is not required to stay in a pet reserved room! The elevators were filthy. My sisters room opened the door and smelt like dog pee! My room was fine! Her room the air conditioner didn’t work and was very hot. The rooms were very dated. Looks like a lot of money has gone into the lobby but the rest of the place was below average!

Room was very smokey, stains on walls and flooring, sigarette burns in sheets. Overall horrible stay. Staff would not accommodate us to another room or other improvements. Dont stay here!

It was for medical reasons. Do not know the city well. This Hotel is located in a convenient location. I am able to drive to it easily and able to get to the hospital with relative ease.
