I’ve stayed here before a couple years ago and it was a bit better. The room had a weird smell (not sure if it was the carpet or what. The bathroom had a hair in the shower and clearly seen better days. Blacked all over the base of the shower. Water leaked all over the floor during showers and made huge mess.

The staff was exceptionally great. Hotel itself was very clean. When we ordered our supper, my husband was very unhappy when he got sweet potato fries with his chicken fingers. We didn’t order that and he doesn’t like them. When we went down in the morning for breakfast, he ordered a standard breakfast and I ordered an omelette. We were very disappointed when we were told that they had no hashbrowns, no sausages, turkey or pork, the only items left for my omelet were bacon, cheese, and green peppers. They had none of the other listed items. Other than that, everything was great.

Very clean and modern, great staff, excellent service, quiet and comfortable room. Would have liked to have restaurants and shops nearby, however it is very convenient near the airport. The airport shuttle service is excellent, available 24 hours and arrived on time for an early morning flight.

There was many issues with this hotel, one elevator out of service, most beers or liquor out of stock, no soap in room, no hot water. When asked about water acted surprised even though I heard other expressing same issue. Worst stay at a Hilton ever.
