I arrived, checked in, and found out that the room was missing a table and long dresser. Also the TV remote was missing and one arrived with duct tape and I had to try it to make sure it worked.

I didn’t like the fact that the parking lot did not get plowed and was hard walking in all the snow or find proper parking. Quiet and close to shopping was a positive and the great staff!

The hotel room was great but I was a little perturbed on our last night when the fire alarm went off at midnight causing many folks on the floor to scatter only for it to go out and the fire dept to come in. Nobody checked on us in the rooms. Nobody apologized, or tried to make amends for it happening. I don’t mind following orders — I know these things happen as we have evacuated a hotel in the UK — but we were a little upset to see it completely avoided. Other than that, the hotel was great.
