The staff do not know where is Calgary Trail when we asked 2 of them, only to find out it is the main street out the front door. For 4 days we were mostly out of internet service and front desk not answering calls, when confronted mentioned resetting the system, calling the IT guy and so on, overall a terrible stay...the room we rented on Expedia does not look like the terribly small room we were assigned, never returning to that hotel not will i recommend it to anyone.

Was definitely mislead by the description of the hotel and the pictures from expedia. Our room was described as having a shower only and instead we had the shower tub combo. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The hotel was close to a lot of activities however having the homeless definitely made it feel a little uneasy especially when they were close to our vehicle doing drugs. Overall i would probably go somewhere different next time but not the worst place if you're on a budget.

The rooms were dirty. Air conditioning didn’t work and the place is full of shady people with noisy drunk people all over the place. The staff acknowledged all of these problems but couldn’t do anything as the owners don’t seem to care as they are getting easy money through long term ‘Government bookings’ for low income/homeless sections. I am not sure how this place even got a Ramada tag!! This is surely a blot on their brand name. Avoid at all costs… even if offered for free

This property has very poor internet service The internet is almost not usable by guests. It did not happene to me only, it also happened to other guests while I checked their internet quality. This issue actually existed when. I stayed there a year ago. When I asked the front desk a year ago, they told me they were fixing that. But the truth is after a year, nothing improved.

It's an ok hotel to sleep and then leave
It's a basic there stars hotel and it shows. The room is spacious and clean and that's about it The wifi never works. Which is terrible for business travelers The fitness center has 3 of the 5 equipment out of order. One of them is unsafe to use. Please don't advertise an amenity someone can't use. I asked for help from the front desk to get a spoon or folk and he said we don't do that, even when the hotel restaurant is literally right there

We did not even get to stay in our hotel as the room as so gross. Garbage everywhere, bed sheets never changed with hair all over the place. Bathroom floor was sticky, blow dryer was covered is dirt. And it stunk. Avoid this place at all costs, We have them a chance to come bad re clean the room and they didn't even vacuum properly and left popcorn and other debris all under the beds.

The bathroom was so dirty behind the door… the curtains full of stains and smelt horrible. 4 am someone pulled the fire alarm and we had to exit the building. Now I do understand things can’t be controlled but when asking at the front reception what happened was met with rude staff. Have stayed here for years hotel has gone down so much will be looking for a new place

AWFUL EXPERIENCE- DO NOT STAY HERE OR BOOK WITH EXPEDIA EVER AGAIN! Room was covered in bodily fluids dried up on night stand , desk , desk chair and couch - elevator and hallways filthy , emergency exit stairs reak of urine and feces ( under housed obviously sleeping in stairwells at some point- didn’t get house keeping 2 days in a row - manager wouldn’t speak to me - Expedia communications blocked my ability to have a conversation- total dissatisfaction-
