Was unable to even stay in the room due to hazard fluids all over. Urine, blood and other stains all over bed, mattress, floors etc. Reception could not accommodate switching us to a different/cleaner room and stated to contact hotels.com for a refund and that they would manually approve it (we had booked a non refundable fare). We left and immediately contacted hotels.com explaining the situation. They called the hotel to get the refund approved, and were met with radio silence stating they were “too busy at the moment and call at a later time”. Hotels.com continued to reach out multiple times (sending us updates via email) and after a week let us know they had to unfortunately close the case because the hotel had started blocking their calls regardless of what method they tried to communicate with them. Extremely disappointed in the motel. We understand honoring the non refundable policy if they would have been able to actually provide us a safe room without bodily fluids all over, or even at least cleaning it again so we could actually physically stay in the room. But because they could not provide us a room, stated they would approve a refund and then dodge all phone calls for approval from the booking company, this is an extremely shady and unsanitary motel. -100/10 do not recommend.
