If you want somewhere clean, don’t go here.
A friend and I stayed in two different rooms on two different stays during our time at Calafate Hostel. I was motivated to book due to the value for such a highly-rated set of rooms. I’m writing this review so that you don’t make the same mistake.
I don’t think either room knows what clean actually means. Neither floors had been brushed or surfaces wiped even for crumbs. We had a fridge in our rooms, both stank, had clearly been neglected by the cleaners between stays and one even had half-eaten food remaining from the previous occupiers.
