An impressive three storey traditional Spanish house in the beautiful Alkabir complex, El Campello, boasts sea and mountain views from the property's private rooftop solarium ideal for a glass of evening fizz or watch the sun go down in your gated garden complete with barbecue.

The three bedroomed property is exceptionally situated only a three minute walk to the closest and very popular beach, or a two minute walk to the on-site private residential pool, one of the largest in the whole of El Campello.

The house has a fitted kitchen, a family bathroom, an ensuite in the master bedroom, a solarium and a private garden.

The local, and very reliable, tram (also only a three minute walk away!) gives you access to the whole of the beautiful Costa Blanca with stunning sea and mountain views. In less than 5 minutes you will find yourself in the heart of El Campello, a beautiful seaside town with miles of sandy beaches, bars, a promenade and restaurants. Or you can walk there in just 25 minutes.

The tram service will also take you to the city of Alicante in 20 minutes and along the magnificent coast line of the Costa Blanca all the way to Denia, meaning you can day trip without the need for hiring a car.

This is an ideal holiday location for you, your family and friends!

Exactly what we expected and enjoyed.
We arrived at the property on the 15th October for a 2 week holiday. We found the house quite easily after arriving late at night from Alicante Airport. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the house had everything we needed. The roof top solarium was perfect to see the sun rise and set, with views of the sea and mountains. The ground floor outside area was perfect for eating out when the sun was too hot. the whole area was very peaceful with mainly Spanish occupants . The urbanisation has a few bars but we preferred Bar Brazil which is Spanish owned and offers Tapas and meals. We used the tram several times to Benidorm and Alicante. Our only two small criticisms would be that the pool was closed ( not that we were going to use it) and there was not a shop nearby. We were ok because we had a car and enjoyed driving to El Campello or San Juan. There was plenty of places to get our provisions. It might be difficult to shop without a car as the tram stops were not near a supermarket. One other slight thing, is that the TV does not have any english channels, but we do not go on holiday to watch TV. All in all we would recommend this property, if you want a peaceful holiday, but handy enough to get to plenty of other busier places if you want to.

Beautiful vacation resort in traditional architecture that gives you a cosy Feeling right from the start. 2 Minutes walk to a beautiful and big Pool 5 Minutes walk to the sea. Perfekt. Rocky beach- so Bring water Shoes. Next Supermarket about 30 min walk. Or 15 min walk and tram

Fuimos en viaje familiar y puedo decir que salimos por lo general contentos de nuestra estancia. La casa espaciosa y una piscina comunitaria espectacular. La comunicación con la persona que lo gestiona fue perfecta, cada vez que escribí respondió casi al instante. Como contras puedo decir que las camas no son muy cómodas, creo que el problema más que los colchones, radica en que los somieres son de muelles y se hundian un poco. La casa se nota que tiene unos años pero está bien conservada. Eché de menos un aire acondicionado.

Huis mist wat liefde en aandacht. Met betere bedden( grote kuilen) en voor de 1 pers slaapkamer nieuw dekbed is zeer vies zou al beter zijn. Een gewoon koffiemachine ipv oude vieze percolator. En als je lakens dekbedhoes zou strijken oogt het ook al verzorgder. Met een natte dweil door het hele huis ( ook onder meubels) en hoppa een hele verbetering

No repetiré ni lo recomiendo
A la llegada nos recibió una mujer que nos lanzó las llaves y se fue porque no hablaba bien español. Después de haber pagado 100 libras por el servicio de limpieza, los muebles del patio estaban sucios, los armarios de las habitaciones llenos de rellenos nórdicos (sucios), colchonetas para no sabemos qué sofás, ropa sucia (calzoncillos), etc…todo revuelto impidiendo colgar nuestra ropa. Tuvimos que vaciarlos nosotros mismos. Habíamos preguntado expresamente por los colchones, por los comentarios que habíamos leído y nos dijo que los habían cambiado el verano pasado y lo que había eran dos colchones en cada cama pero sobre los que era imposible mantenerse plano, eran tan blandos que caías hacia un lado u otro en cuanto te movías un poco. Para la piscina, se suponía que nos iban a dejar tickets ( porque así lo habíamos acordado), éramos 6 personas, y solo habían dejado 3 entradas para 5 días. Cuando pedimos más, el propietario quería que adelantáramos nosotros el dinero. Nos dejaron dos rollos de papel higiénico sucios que tuvimos que tirar. Había 3 bombonas de gas, 2 vacías y una a medias. Pedimos que nos trajeran más y primero nos fuimos que lo trajeron. Me gustaría poder poner fotos, pero no se puede. Pedimos que nos reembolsaran parte de lo pagado por la limpieza pero al dueño le pareció que no era necesario, que nos ofrecía un descuento para próximas estancias, pero ni de casualidad vuelvo a ir!

Ha estado bien, pero si cambia los colchones de las camas que se hunden, literalmente, no estaría nada mal. Y en la habitación de arriba, poner cortinas en la puerta de la terraza. Y me parece excesivo los 60 euros de la limpieza... Porque no staba limpio, si recogido... Y cambiar todo el menage porque esta destrozado
