Customer service was good but always had to ask for towels no one picked up the trash since we were there and we got there Thursday and left Sunday hallways were dirty never heard a vacuum same trash in the hallways

I never received any clean towels room was never cleaned from staying almost two weeks . I had to always ask for clean towels , trash bags , etc .. was not a great choice but I will not be staying at this facility again .

We booked a reservation for $40, and upon arrival at 1am were told our reservations had been cancelled and we would need to rebook: new price $69.90! No way to rebook through expedia as our reservation was not cancelled on expedias end, as well as it being the next calendar day. Trapped. Not to mention the terrible water stained, filthy room. This is not a place to stay. Its a trap.

The rooms were not like the website. This Motel 6 is very outdated. The staff was very friendly and they did what they could to help. The first room i was given was very very dirty. Hair in bed. Look like someone had laid on the bed before I got the room. The room smelled. The staff upgraded me but the room wqs not any better. It was too late to find any other hotel. I will not be stay at a Motel 6 again.

The room was falling apart water damaged all over Walls where like a crime seen no tv matress was nasty all furniture was very old 😑 Just a bad experience for my little one as we walked in my son said daddy this is discounting and smells!

The room was dirty, roof falling, cigarette burns on couch, furniture falling off. Squeaky bed, noisy microwave, leaking water closet. On name of toiletries one hand soap bar was provided along with one tissue roll. The tap was so slow that it took nearly 60 seconds to fill 16 oz of water. Air vents were literally hanging out of roof of restroom. Never seen this situations in motel 6 chain. 50 dollars a night shouldn't bring you this.
