To enter and exit the property is difficult. Power went out and management offered nothing except directions to the stairs. At 68 I had difficulty dragging luggage down 3 flights of stairs.

We walked into our room to some kind of machine I’m guessing it was some kind of air machine. It seemed like the room had chlorine smell to it because our began to burn after a couple of hours in the room. I took machine to the front desk the guy on duty didn’t seem to care that it was in our room. I asked for another room because of the order but of course nothing else available.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. Very helpful. The room was clean and convenient. The breakfast was great. Nice tough to add toppings for the waffles. Very thoughtfully done. It was clear the staff cared about service and providing an excellent experience for the visitors!!!

Not great.
Wouldn't suggest staying here.. but given the area, you may not have much choice lol. Room/ bathroom was filthy (do NOT walk around barefoot or in just socks even for a minute unless you want your feet to get disgustingly dirty) our bed sounded like metal on metal so no turning over in your sleep lol and the location of our room was very noisy (right by stairs and a door out that got a lot of use) They were packed with no vacancies, so there wasn't a lot they could do to remedy our sutuation (although sending house cleaning after we asked a couple of times couldn't have hurt).

Room had a terrible odor when we entered. Desk person came up with a bottle of air freshener but said she couldn’t smell anything. Refused to move us to a different room. We chose to live with it as there were no other options. We more or less got used to it but after returning from breakfast it hit us again as we entered the room.

Best hotel in Wells NV. We always stop here on the way and always receive great service. Today I had a work emergency and needed to stay in my computer baftwr checkout time. Very accommodating. Strongly recommend it.
