Worst stay of the year
No one available to help at check in. Travelling with a toddler, we were placed in the room closest to their function hall - which blared music well past 2am. No staff available to help with noise control. The next morning from 6:30am all the speakers outside every bedroom started playing rock music at full volume waking the entire hotel up. I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me.

Merci pour le petit déjeuner qu'on n'a pas eu !!!
Une nuitée bien reposante, la veille de notre départ d'Afrique du Sud pour 17h de vol...on a dû quitter l'hôtel le ventre bien vide à la recherche d'un endroit au prendre notre petit déjeuner....la raison, l'hôtel, réception et restaurant sont tout simplement fermés...aucun préavis ni prise en compte à ce sujet, si au moins nous avions été informés pour se lever 1 h avant pour prendre nos précautions et éviter d'être paniqués à quelques heures de notre vol retour....alors que le petit déjeuner est bien inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Bref vraiment déçu
