We didn’t know smoking was allowed in building. Our room was fine but lobby and general spaces were offensive. Would not likely book again

Mattress on both beds were hard, pillows were old and thin. Rooms were hot, couldn’t cool them off. Hallways smelled of stale smoke. We did enjoy the service and food at the sports bar. Didn’t venture into the casino.

The smoke is pretty overpowering when walking into the lobby. it eases somewhat in the hotel, especially on the upper floors; but remember smoke does rise.

Had a king room the bed felt like we were sleeping on the floor and only 3 pillows. Breakfast included but was something kids would be served for school lunch. Nothing hot at all. Very disappointed. That was one of the main reasons I booked there as it said breakfast was included and that normal one and biscuits and gravy, waffles, sausage stuff like like that on the weekends.

This place is very outdated. The elevator doors very very slowly open and they slam shut. I was scared I was gonna get stuck on it. There is weird smell on pillows and beds feel like they haven’t been updated in 20years. Hair in bathtub and on sink. Smells like stale cigarettes in here. There was dust on tables and remote like no one has been in this room in long time. I also have never been in a room that has a sharps container on the bathroom sink. By far worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
