Unit 231 condominium is a happy place, just a few steps away from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf, the inter coastal waterway, heated pool, and boat dock.
The unit is well planned to provide relaxation and making memories. The kitchen is equipped for cooks to find what they need to make dinner; the bathrooms include fluffy towels; the bedrooms share nice linens and comfortable pillows.
Each of the two bedrooms includes a queen-sized bed with nice linens, comfortable pillows and a 32” TV. The jack-and-jill bathroom is newly updated with a walk-in shower. The dining room and living room with a 50” TV hosting 104 channels, a queen pull-out bed, complete the condominium unit. Beach chairs and beach umbrellas help to provide everything you need for the most relaxing vacation.
Guests at Sunburst Condominium have access to the boat docks on a first come first serve basis. The private beach is perfect to sunbathe just steps away. There are gas grills for grilling your dinner. An on-site laundry is convenient. It is a short walk to restaurants that satisfy any diner from fine dining to tiki bars, including live entertainment, as well a mini mart for last-minute essentials. Come and enjoy the quiet Manasota Key community with a sense of Old-World Florida. Maximum Occupancy/Gatherings: our properties are in residential areas and are rented for personal vacation uses only. Each property has a specific maximum occupancy. Parties and other large gatherings are not permitted. Those who break this rule risk forfeiture of rental fees, and eviction. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the Rental agreement (if VRBO) at the time you make your reservation. Sunburst is NOT a pet-friendly community. Pets are strictly prohibited.
Manasota Key is a quiet community with a sense of Old World Florida with easy access to local bars and restaurants which makes this an ideal location for your relaxing and convenient getaway. You can walk to the nearby restaurants and bars as well as the mini-mart for last-minute essentials. There is also a free shuttle service if you choose not to walk. After booking, Manasota Key Realty - Conch Out Vacations will be calling regarding all payments. Please note that payments on VRBO do NOT match ours.
