If you're looking for old Florida charm in a pleasant, clean setting, this is your place! We stayed in the Comfort King which allowed us plenty of space during our extended stay. The small but comfortable seating area with coffee table plus separate dinette area, along with a partial kitchen, were hugely helpful. The best home away from home we could hope for, and at an extremely reasonable price. Ana is wonderful - friendly and helpful, responds quickly to inquiries, and worked with us on our needs and unusual timeframes. Place is quiet despite being just off the main road which, when we needed sleep the most, was of utmost importance. Ana let us have Amazon packages delivered there and, with our permission, left them in our room for our convenience. We liked this place so much, we made 3 additional reservations over the course of a month. For us, it was conveniently located - a few short miles (if that) in both directions to stores, restaurants, and the darling Dearborn Street section of town (do go visit some of the small shops there), as well as the intercoastal waters. Note: Be aware that they really want to keep up the cleanliness here for future visitors and as such are very particular about strong odors (foods) and stray hairs left all over (hello women). We were mindful about that and it was never an issue. If we're ever in town again, this will be the first place I will check for availability.

Desk clerk wonderful, simple perfect room

Only issue I had was check-out day, at 10am with the Do Not Disturb displayed on the door someone form cleaning was knocking on the door while I was in the middle of a conference call. Did not appreciate this as I still had one more hour before checkout

The Lemon Shack is wonderful. All of the thoughtful details provided by the hosts were spot on. Everything you could ever need for a beach vacation was provided. Excellent communication from the host. The house was very clean and well stocked. Can’t recommend this place enough.

The condo is one of our favorite places to stay while in Manasota Key. Always very clean, and everything needed for a great week. Pat is attentive to inquires and very pleasant ensuring you have.a good stay.

Excellent stay. The unit is well furnished, with many lovely details (bath robe, bedspread on the couch, etc.), is clean and has everything you need. The mattress is comfortable. The place was completely cleaned up and fixed so soon after the storms. Liked evenings by the water and watching the sunset.
